- Peeling Paint – Resolving any areas where paint has started to peel.
- Bubbling Paint – Fixing surfaces where air bubbles or improper adhesion occur.
- Cracking Paint – Repairing cracks in the paint for a seamless finish.
- Caulk Failure – Removing and replacing caulkling that peels or pulls away.
